Jam Pan Launches Apprenticeship Programme for Young Talent


Jam Pan are backing the next generation of learning tech experts with our new apprenticeship programme. To support the Learning Experience and Technologies team, we have an initial class of 3 apprentices starting in our first cohort as Application Support Leads to drive their careers in learning technology and client support – whist working towards a recognised Level 4 qualification.

Our apprentices will get a head start to their career by learning from our industry experts whilst getting hands on experience working with leading learning platforms. Working within the central Learning Experience and Technologies Team (LXT) function, our apprentices will build knowledge around the use of digital platform technologies in key Jam Pan accounts, keep up with industry trends and take a proactive approach to self-development.

Right from the very start, our apprentices will be focused on developing their skills, including certified training on leading learning platforms, learning how to support clients with their business requirements, curating content based on client requirements, completing transactional requests and more.

Apprenticeships combine professional experience with education to attract and nurture the brightest and most dedicated talent. It’s a great way to help to shape young people’s learning experiences to develop expertise and gain a real-world learning experience.
