It’s been several weeks since the Learning Technology Awards shortlist was announced; an annual recognition of the best and most transformational learning and development projects across 19 different categories. It’s always a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the continued success and innovation of our industry, and this year is particularly special because in many cases the success of others is the success of Jam Pan’s.
It’s been a crazy year for us here. Our services offering has been re-defined to meet the growing, complex needs of our clients: Jam Pan Match and Jam Pan Enterprise. Our Match service connects great learning talent with clients via the Jam Pan platform and our Enterprise service is a solution designed to accommodate larger scale requirements. With that shift, we have begun working with some fantastic new customers, some of which have already been recognised in the awards shortlist. And there’s plenty more to come.
Jam Pan’s streamlined services support 9 shortlisted projects
It’s amazing to see how we have collaborated to enable both L&D departments and vendors this year; helping to provide them with things like freelance resource, account management and streamlined procurement. This facilitation has allowed businesses more space and greater expertise to deliver awesome projects which fulfil the needs of their learners, often in record time.
And the result is that this year, nine projects that we have contributed to have been shortlisted in the 2019 Learning Technologies Awards. Providing a wealth of freelance support including Learning Designers, Project Managers and Animators has meant that our clients are able to accomplish their goals without being hindered by common resourcing challenges.
We are proud to collaborate with these businesses, support them and help them drive more innovative, engaging and modern learning solutions. All of us here are very excited to see who the winners are in November, but in the meantime, please join me in congratulating all those shortlisted, as we all know that this is a hugely competitive process!
